From a young age, I was known for what my family and friends called my "contagious confidence." Whether cheering someone on to achieve their goals or helping them see their potential, I’ve always had a natural spark for motivating and inspiring others. Watching people succeed and thrive isn’t just something I enjoy—it’s my purpose.
With a degree in Psychology and over 16 years in Human Resources and Business Partnerships, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding people, their potential, and the challenges that hold them back. In my corporate roles, I worked closely with professionals across all levels and saw recurring struggles: imposter syndrome, fear of self-advocacy, and hesitation in taking bold steps. These experiences revealed a powerful truth: confidence is often the missing key to unlocking opportunities, advancing careers, and achieving fulfillment.
Seven years ago, I turned my passion into a mission-driven business.
